3. Payment
The Challenge is sold as a one-time payment at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices and included bonuses may change at any time; the price and bonuses you see at checkout are what you will receive.
4. Our Guarantee
We offer the “Keep Everything” guarantee described on the sales page: if you complete the Challenge and are not satisfied, email responsiveparentinghub@gmail.com to request a full refund. You keep access to the Challenge and any bonuses regardless of the outcome of your refund request.
5. License to Use
When you purchase the Challenge, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the Challenge or its materials in whole or in part.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Challenge, including text, guides, printables, and design, is owned by Responsive Parenting Hub and protected by copyright. Purchasing the Challenge does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Challenge is provided “as is.” Aside from the guarantee described above, we make no other warranties, express or implied, about the Challenge.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Responsive Parenting Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Challenge.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Challenge after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
